In accordance with guidance from the Department for Education, new or existing complaints submitted under this policy will not be dealt with or investigated whilst the School remains closed, but will be considered once the Government confirms that schools can open safely.
We will continue to engage with parents, students and the wider school community in a positive and constructive manner, as far as is possible in the circumstances and to address concerns quickly and informally where we can.
Any complaints should be submitted for the attention of the Head teacher and will be receipted as having been received on the date school reopens for the purposes of our Complaints Procedure.
